Beijing’s new airport will be put into operation by the end of September in 2019, according to Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC) at a meeting held at the airport’s construction site on the morning of July 6, 2018.
CAAC officially releases a comprehensive management and control plan about the new airport’s construction and preparation work for operation, which makes it clear that the airport project and its support projects will be completed and the airport will come into service in September 30, 2019.
Feng Zhenglin, deputy director of CAAC introduced,the new airport’s comprehensive management and control plan confirms an overall goal of the new airport’s construction and operation preparation work and consists of 41 important problems and 366 plan nodes, and is the basis for related parties involved in the airport’s construction and operation to arrange their works.
