China’s 1st single-layer graphene of 15 inches thick made in Chongqing

A researcher uses a microscope to analyse a touch-screen product made from the 15-inch single-layer graphene in the Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in southwest China’s Chongqing, Jan. 24, 2013. Chongqing Institute recently announced that it successfully made the first single-layer graphene of 15 inches thick which has marked the highest domestic standard so far in China.
