The Plan of College Entrance Examination for Non-local Students in Chongqing (the “College Entrance Examination Plan for Non-local Students”) will be carried out in 2013, according to Chongqing Municipal Education Commission on December 19, 2012.
The children of migrant workers in Chongqing will be allowed to attend the national college entrance examination if they meet the following requirements: they have been studying in senior high school with completed academic status; their parents (father or mother) must have legal and stable jobs and residences (including rented houses) while the parents of vocational school students are not restricted.
The non-local students meeting the above-mentioned requirements can apply for the national college entrance examination.
