The Third Three Gorges International Tourism Festival will be on FROM November 26 to November 28, 2012 in Wanzhou District, Chongqing. Thirty-three luxury yachts from China, Britain, the United States, and Germany will make an appearance in Wanzhou District.
Co-hosted by the National Tourism Administration, the State Council Three Gorges Project Construction Committee Executive Office, Chongqing Municipal Government, and Hubei Provincial Government, this year’s Three Gorges International Tourism Festival boasts its higher standard and grand scale. The event is co-organized by over 20 districts and counties, receiving more than 1,000 guests and traders.
One of the highlights of this festival is that during the event, the First Forum on Yacht Economy on the Three Gorges, the Yangtze River will be held on a five-star luxury cruise ship.
At that time, 21 dealers and manufacturers of some famous yacht brands from China, Britain, the United States, and Germany will exhibit 33 luxury yachts both on water and onshore along the riverside and around the lake area in Wanzhou District, which will serve as a pioneer in the sales exhibition of yacht on the Three Gorges, the Yangtze River.
This event will stimulate the development of the industrial chain of yacht economy in the reservoir area, or in Chongqing at large, create jobs for immigrants from the reservoir area, and increase their incomes.
