On November 13, CBRE Group, Inc. established its 13th branch in Changsha, capital of central China’s Hunan Province. Changsha Branch will offer a full range of real estate services for customers from Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, including property management, retail consultation, office building and industrial leasing as well as advisory & research services.
