A building of Siyuan Public-rent Apartment Project in Shuitu Hi-tech Industrial Park, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, has been completed recently, being the 100th building for the public-rent apartment project of the industrial development zone in the Area. Now 84% of the targeted goals in 2012 have been finished, with a quicker construction than scheduled.
In 2011-2012, there are 12 public-rent apartment projects covering 6,320,000 square meters in the industrial development of Liangjiang New Area. More than 100 buildings belonging to the Project in construction have been completed by now, accounting for nearly 70% of the total buildings. On the basis of the current construction schedule, they are planned to be put into use in the first half of 2013 providing residences for 300,000 industrial workers.
