The media center in Beijing has begun its reception service, it will serve as the news center for China’s 18th National Party Congress.
The center has set up separate reception areas for reporters from different countries and areas. It will also provide a broadcasting room for reporters to receive live signals from the Congress.
The center has internet services and reference books in 9 languages, covering more than 300 areas. Meanwhile, the center has opened a dining hall for the first time, providing both Chinese and foreign foods. During the Congress, the press center will arrange dozens of interview activities.
It will also invite delegates from the congress to take part in online activities pertaining to hot issues.
