Chongqing’s non-public economy surges

The added value of Chongqing’s non-public economy exceeded 508.13 billion yuan by the end of September, up 17.1% year on year, and the growth rate was 3.3 percentage points higher than that of Chongqing’s GDP.

The non-public economy of Chongqing remained a sound momentum on export since 2012.

Non-public enterprises realized a total export value of 28.3 billion USD by the end of Sept., accounting for 96.2% of the city’s gross export value and up 160% compared with that of the end of 2011.

Besides, the non-public economy attracted a total investment of 354.1 billion yuan by the end of September, a year-on-year growth of 25.4% and accounting for 50 % of Chongqing’s total.
