Chongqing Finance Bureau is going to build 3 major platforms for governmental procurement to further improve the management system “mainly for centralized procurement with non-government procurement through agents and decentralized procurement” and strengthen the supervision, according to Chongqing Finance Bureau on September 3, 2012.
The first platform is “Chongqing’s governmental procurement and trading center”, which is under preparation and aimed at strengthening the management of centralized procurement and non-governmental procurement through agents,
The second is an electric trading platform for governmental procurement, so as to enhance the supervision on the decentralized procurement.
The third is a price enquiry platform for governmental procurement, which is used for budget management.
