Chongqing United Assets and Equity Exchange (CUAEE), has been approved to use the third-party payment system and basically established the first online trade platform. CUAEE is planning to build a safer trade environment for citizens by developing an online trading platform of second-hand houses.
CUAEE in 2011 established Chongqing United Payment Online Accounting Technology Co. Ltd., specializing in the third-party payment and accounting service. The software and hardware facilities of the payment platform named “United Payment” have been completed and passed the security verification.
