The establishment of the Micro Enterprises Financing Service Platform in Banan District of Chongqing is underway. It is expected that this platform will embrace nearly 2,000 micro enterprises with a total loan of 150 million yuan at the end of this year, according to the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Banan District on July 17, 2012.
There are 1,956 micro enterprises in Banan, with only a total loan of 14 million yuan.
The Micro Enterprises Financing Service Platform to be built dispatches industrial and commercial officials to a permanent institution which connects the banks and micro enterprises, seeking to achieve a win-win situation. Now, banks such as the Postal Savings Bank of China and the Chongqing Three Gorges Bank are willing to join in the platform.
