The conference on the development of Chongqing’s private sector kicked off in Chongqing on June 8, 2012.
Zhang Dejiang, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Vice Premier of the State Council and Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee, attended the conference and delivered speech.
He says Chongqing will further boost the rapid and healthy development of private sector so as to achieve a new growth.
Zhang emphasizes that the vigorous expansion of the private sector is not a makeshift, but a strategic task to promote the good and fast development of Chongqing’s economy.
Chongqing government will strive to solve practical issues like difficulty in financing, registration and land, etc.
Examination and approval items as well as procedures will also be reduced and simplified to support the initiative and creativity of the private sector.
In addition, Chongqing will crack down the behaviors disturbing the market economic order, further improve the legal environment and protect the legal rights and interests of the private enterprises and private entrepreneurs.
Zhang hopes that the private enterprises and the private entrepreneurs will take the opportunity for development.
