Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in Beijing on Tuesday afternoon to visit China and attend the Beijing summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
During his visit, made at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao, Nazarbayev will attend the 12th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the SCO in Beijing from June 6 to 7. He is also scheduled to meet with Chinese leaders on bilateral ties and other issues of common concern.
