Foxconn has plans to open a new plant in China dedicated to the manufacture of Apple products. This was announced by local authorities of Jiangsu. The new plant covers an area of 40,000 m², it will employ 35,800 people to start in October.
It is unclear what Apple products will be manufactured in this factory. But it is stated that its annual production will be between 950 million and $ 1.1 billion. Foxconn has not officially confirmed this information.
