China’s determination to resolve the dispute with the Philippines around the island Huangyan through diplomatic consultations remains unchanged. The Chinese side urges the Philippine side to return to the track for a diplomatic solution to the dispute. Any words and actions that complicate the situation will not help to resolve the disputed issue.
