Enterprises engaged in mineral development, agricultural products processing, electrical manufacture and light textile in Pengshui County of Chongqing have been able to enjoy a value-added tax return of 50% at county level during the first three years after they went into operation since April 13, and in the next five years, they will also have discounts in taxes.
It is the biggest discount rate so far in such kind of tax for districts and counties (autonomous counties) of Chongqing to attract investment.
