The Consulate General of Hungary in Chongqing will start to accept the applications for Schengen visa on behalf of Finland and Slovenia on April 1, 2012. Then Chongqing citizens will be able to get visas for Finland or Slovenia in Chongqing and to travel around 25 European countries such as Finland, France, and Netherlands etc.
However, travelers must enjoy two thirds of their tours in the country of which they applied for the Schengen visa.
