Chongqing Municipal People’s Government reviewed and approved the Overall Program for Establishing Changan Auto City recently.
Chang’an Automobile Yuzui Auto City, covering 10,000 mu of land, will build 8 international advanced and domestic leading centers to form industrial clusters. The 8 centers are respectively Global Administrative Center, Global R & D Center, Advanced Manufacturing Center, Advanced Logistics Center, Global Information Center, Global Training Center, Global Sales Center and Leading Cultural Center.
The Headquarters of Chang’an Automobile will be built as an auto park with advanced ideas and technologies, friendly environment and modern buildings. The Advanced Manufacturing Center will mainly produce vehicles and engines self-researched and developed by Changan Automobile with intellectual property rights. And the Global R & D Center will be the key strategic part of Chang’an Automobile’s global R & D layout.
