A plane of China Southern Airlines was forced to suspend the flight before taking off from Beijing International Airport after the pilots noticed a problem with the components of the device.
The plane, an Airbus A380-800 aircraft, registration B-6136, flight CZ6000, was to make the connection between the Beijing Capital International Airport and Pudong International Airport Shanghai (China) with 380 passengers on board. The flight was ready to take off at 10:00 local time, when the pilots were alerted of problems on the mechanical components. Then they canceled the flight.
The passengers were disembarked and transferred to another flight of the company that led to the destination with a few hours late. Each economy class passenger was given 400 yuan in compensation. The technicians from Airbus will fix the technical problem. It’s only been 12 days that the first and only Chinese Airbus A380 is in service.
