The organizers of 2012 London Olympics have presented the torch which will carry the flame from Olympia to London.
This is a triangular aluminum tube, golden, drilled holes of 8000 representing the number of riders who take turns throughout the 13,000 km route of the flame. The triangular shape symbolizes her three editions of the Olympic Games held in London (1908, 1948, 2012).
Work designers Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, the torch will arrive in Greece May 18, 2012 and will tour the UK for 70 days.
